hmm... none of those were the answer I expected. I was going with Randy Johnson or Mitch Williams at first, but then I realize they have other nicknames (Big Unit and Wild Thing - which was indeed given to Mitch AFTER the movie Major League).
The only reason I selected Brett was from his Baseball Reference page. I had remembered reading this and thinking I had never heard him refered to as "Mullet".

Just saw this and remembered there was a Triple Threads card of Brett where the cut-out spells Mullet. Nice.
