How brutal is this? I seen a video of Randy too where he was showing someone that his tooth was broken as well.

Not that brutal actually. He took some damage, but nothing major. Just looks like a guy who has been in a fight to me.
Sakuraba on the other hand, despite his many victories, has taken some of the worst beatings ever.
