yesterday doing yard work - moving brush / limbs to barrel to burn . Thinking hope I don't see a snake as I looked between feet to see a black snake about six foot start to climb pin oak tree . Well later I had G/kids telling them when one ask IS that a snake about six foot off ground going up tree . Then the birds started flying around - we got out of the way . . Years ago I would watch my dad play with them . I have a picture of me about 10 holding a DEAD rattlesnake in Alabama not far from OUTHOUSE --- Yes we did eat them .
