6 weeks since I started my diet. Target to lose 100 pounds. 18 so far... Son and I started the Noom program yesterday.

in last few years lost 50 plus pounds ----15 plus since heart operation ,goal 10 more = that would weight 50 YEARS ago . WIFE was cook for her family ----I was on my own for ten years . Now I can buy a SUB and it will last three days .
Ref dentist = local had aides like that -office was beside local famous bar .

last night sky looked like a war movie ----light up to west then another far north . Kept me out of pool LOL

Back in 2011, a tornado came through western Massachusetts. It didn't hit near me. But all night we had chain lightning storms that were amazing to see. The lightning was going across the sky.
