Topps Inception mistake? Same Card?

Let me know what i'm missing. I just got a message from a buyer. This is the card I sold them

He messaged me because he saw this listing.

Thats a different card if you look at the autos.

If you read the description for the 2nd listing, it says the card is 9/25

Someone found your listing while it was active. Then they clicked on the link that says sell one like this. It then auto fills in the title, item and even the category it is listed in.
And the seller did not change it.

I have done this before but I change the numbers if I have the same card and different number in the print run. Obviously

Yes but why... There is only one set of cards with Tyler Eifert that are numbered to /25 that are blue. Which is the Elements cards which both cards clearly list Elements on them and theres is clearly numbered 07/25 like mine and the autos are clearly different so they are different cards. Look at their card and mine. Different autos but both are numbered 07/25.

I believe you're wrong on them both being blue. I think the scan of the one that's not yours is scanned at a different angle thus appearing bluish. That is a different element and explains the different placement of the auto but same serial number. There is up to 4 different types I believe. To show, here's 4 different Manuel's:
