Topps "Memorabilia" Redemption

Has Topps ever actually fulfilled redemptions like these in previous year releases (i.e. sending a full-sized bat/jersey/etc.)?

It would be the highlight of my collection to receive something, but I am very skeptical to redeem based on all the redemption horror stories and waiting I have read about.

Curious if anyone has first-hand experience.

Don't remember for sure which product it came from (topps debut?) but had a customer actually get a paxton full game used jersey last year.
