Topps replacement policy

So I recieved a GREEN Refractor AUTO RELIC PETER O'BRIEN /199 in a pack of Bowman Platinum and its pretty beat up.
Do I send it back to topps and then just get back whatever they decide to send?? I am pretty fond of the card becasue its the first time I have received an auto from a retail pack. But I would like a card thats at least in good condition.
Anyone have any advice if you have done the same thing??

I sent in one of their commemorative patches last year as it was crushed.. they wanted all the wrappers from the blaster, the UPC from the blaster and they replaced it with the same card. call their 800 number and they will give you the address and info to send to.
