Morning all! No rain here today. Sunny & 60 but with 15 to 20 mph wind all day.

FIVE lane road near my house with no drain and water so deep that cars going other way splash water over my van . Did see a loyal dog walker with two dogs no umbrella . Amazed how many WITHOUT lights turned on
