I just saw that too and was wondering the same thing :lol:
I'm not even sure how it works b/c out of curiosity i went to the link and tried to log in using my upper deck info, and it looks like you need a special account number and everything which wasn't in the e-mail

apparently it was a mistake
got an e-mail saying that was the case, and individuals arent allowed to purchase at the direct cost...though the second e-mail was in my spam folder and i almost missed it
