UD Mystery cut problem

I hope this is the right board to talk about this, here it goes. The shop I go to redeemed 5 Mystery Cuts from SP 1 was mine, today they arrive in 1 envelope with the labels on the outside with the codes on them and inside were all crappy run of the mill cuts but 1 was Mother Theresa!! who gets her, and who gets commons. The shop owner called UD and they said they could not give a specific cut for a specific code, its totally random what a mess. The owner plans to sell everything and divide the total sale between the redeemers, they all agreed to it. Sorry for the long read and watch out if you redeemed yours this way too!

What a joke. Kudos to UD yet again. I don't imagine there's anything you could do but I would have never redeemed through a shop and this seals it.

Wow that's good and bad. I mean you could have been the one with the Mother Theresa cut but then again you could have ended up with one of the others. Hopefully it will fetch some good coin.

That sucks...I saw this same issue on two other sites as well. Goes to show UD is for the business and not there at all for the customer...truely shows they do not care what any of us thinks. Good luck on your "piece of the ebay pie" when they turn around...

Why wouldn't you just send it on your own and save the hassle of having to go to the shop to get it? Maybe it is just me but I would want the thrill of opening it

Because I work alot (and go to the shop alot), I'm not home to get packages left or notices left so I redeem them there. Remember UD had some stores designated as redemption centers which I thought they said got redemptions faster or something, I dont recall. But in summary, its just alot more convenient for me, hey the Mt. Rushmore was redeemed at this store too....

What do you mean by this? Does this work for mystery cuts...and if so, how? Thanks for the clarification
