Uncirculated Scam?

Not sure if this guy got scammed or if they are trying to do the scamming, but

This claims to be uncirculated.... but the sticker says naXcom.com and thePit.com uncirculated....... the actual uncirculated version is serial numbered to 290, these are not.....

What do you guys think?

Id value them less than regular uncirculated.

go to thepit.com and you can probably get them cheaper. I bought a ton of LSU guys on there instead of using ebay.
