update: 07 BCDP Detwiler & Frazier Redeption autos

Just got off the phone with "john" from customer relations and I quote, "topps has decided NOT to substitute cards for the Detwiler and Frazier Redeption autos. He said that this would wipe out their inventory to issue replacement cards. They are pursuing the agents for Detwiler and Frazier to sit down and complete the signing process. If they cannot come to an agreement however, "..You (the holder of the redemption card) will not be guaranteed a replacement card from that same issue AND you will not be guaranteed a replacement of the same serial # for example a GOLD for a GOLD or an ORANGE for an ORANGE."

Time to either laugh...or cry. I own 9 GOLD Ref. Detwiler and 4 ORANGE Ref. Detwiler along with over 50 more parallel Detwiler redemptions. Guess sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. This does not look good for me at all!!!

The logistics of stickers is much different than the logistics of on card autographs. Montero having stickers does not scare me one bit.

Lotzkar was also pulled from sterling last year and his redemptions ended up getting signed....

Im referring to the Flores, and it did take a long time before the Lotzkars were sent out...

That last line is why so many people have started to turn on Topps. I'm not a lawyer, but all of these unfulfilled redemption's seem to indicate false advertising, at least to me; I am sure that Topps has covered their ass in someway, but its still not very ethical or consumer friendly.
