USA 18U & Topps update

I'm in Durham this week for the 18U trial games, and this morning Topps was at the USA Complex taking photos of the just announced final roster. I think there had been some question previously as to whether or not Topps would release cards of last year's team or this year's, so I thought this may be of interest to some.

Also picked up a game-used USA Jersey from last year for $25. It is #2, but the USA team store does not verify who wore it - so it is either Sonny Gray or Sean Coyle. It'd be great if it was Gray, but there is no way to know for sure - still pretty cool for $25. Check out the USA Team store at the complex if you are ever there.

They all have 16U and/or 18U patch/autos from the 2008 and/or 2009 UD box sets.

I am pretty mad that Bichette Jr. didn't make the team. That was going to be the highlight of the trip in a couple weeks... I just hope the 6 guys I bought cards of are on there... I forgot who they were.

If I remember correctly, Topps Chrome will have autos of the Collegiate Team, Bowman Chrome will have autos of the 18u team, so no, Harper and Taillon shouldn't be in those sets. Best hope is Bowman Draft in their pro unis.

But, the other day I picked up a three color Lindor patch /65 for $2.99 dlvd
