Way OT: Any golf/Tiger fans? Quick question

I was looking at completed auctions and noticed that this auction

for this card:

sold for $76. I happen to have the SI for Kids issue with that card sitting around.

A couple of questions:

Is this price a fluke, or is it somewhat accurate?

Based on the answer to that, should I sell the magazine as a whole, or take out the Tiger and list it?

Condition sensitive? It did get a good number of bids.

It's a rip out from the magazine and they don't seem to take off for the perforations so I can't imagine it's too tough.
