Got my 4th "Did Not Receive" case request since October. All 4 are those $1.05 eBay PWEs where the tracking number was not scanned as "Delivered".

Some of those were not scanned at all, anywhere on the way.

It's already cost me a selling limit cuz I had 3, now? Who knows?
