Anyone have a medium to large safe they'd recommend for a 2nd floor home?
Any price...20-300 for example..
Any issues with safes for cards in your experience in terms of temperature, etc

Thanks

my gun safe cost $600 twenty years ago . Your price range try Lowes ETC. don't forget pictures / insurance .
Never felt safe with a gun in a "SAFE " but nice for cards - I could get in mine .

Thanks seems moisture shouldn't be a huge issue, especially with graded cards, maybe also putting a team sleeve on all singles...anyone have any experience and what they do for the cards

If using safes with fire protection foam lined inside the safe walls, this stuff DOES contain moisture and can create some additional humidity in the safe. No matter which type you decide to go with, desiccant packs placed inside would be a wise move to keep things dry.

The only issue I had was with a 1999 Daunte Culpepper Contenders RC Auto. It was in a screw down and team bag and somehow the surface just got wrecked. I don't know what caused it but I haven't used a safe since then and honestly couldn't get my cards in a safe if I tried. Unless I had Tramers gun safe haha

That sounds more like a screw down holder issue, not a safe issue, imo.

Very well could have been. I don't use screw downs/magnetics or safes anymore haha.
