Where can I find the print run for this card?

I know it was a short print but I don't know where to look to find the exact print run.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is listed as Tier 2, but I can't find an exact number anywhere. There are 2 on eBay that I found.

One is a BIN for $50. The other has failed to sell at auction twice already with a $24.99 opening bid.
