Without a doubt...Threads I have followed auctions of actual Jackson bats, and if you talk to people in the bat business, there is really no way that the UD is MLB game used. UD did have a game used Jackson bat, but they never cut it up. I believe that it was donated. I also have had multiple emails and calls to UD and they refuse to answer as to the provenance. They always keep saying..."if you feel a card is fraudulent, please contact our fraud dept." When I contacted the fraud dept, they sent me back to customer service, and round and round we went.
