Why do seller's do this?

List a 30 cent card as a BIN for $3.95 and $4 shipping. I just do not understand this. I see it all the time. I would say 10-20% of the Juan Gonzalez listing's on ebay are like this. Do people in general realize that time is money? Guess not, or they hope some dumb ass hits the BIN.

I wish I knew what motivates certain sellers. It certainly isn't selling cards, that's for sure. There's definitely a set of sellers that I'd like to talk some sense into, but that ain't happening.
