Will your card get surface damage without penny sleeve? (in top loader, not one touch..)

If yes, then you'll probably want to block the seller "mlc112176"

Received two cards that stock in one top loader WITHOUT any penny sleeve, I sent him an e-mail to let him know about the damage, he said it has never happened to him before..

BTW, he said he use penny sleeve if you only won one auction (try to save one penny by not using penny sleeve because I won two from you :? )

Usually the penny sleeve holds the card in place in the toploader so it does not rattle around. One could assume without the penny sleeves the edges, sides, and top can be damaged by the card being rattled around hitting the sides of the toploader. Also under different conditions the surface can become damaged by things such as hair, dust, and small fragments if they end up in the toploader when you place the card in it. Just my thoughts.

I totally agree, but placing two cards (with sticker autograph) together without penny sleeve in one top loader.. oh, no tape over the loader and no team bag too.. :|

Or your card can get damaged by the penny sleeve when it has a dimple in it and then your card gets the dimple impressed into it.
