My opinion is that workout has so many benefits we aren't even aware of. It helped me a lot with my mental health. I started being less anxious, more out-going, and comfortable with the people surrounding me. Before, I was avoiding crowds at all costs. Not to mention that it has become a form of meditation for me. As for my physique, I look and feel better than ever. I always considered myself a fat person, and it might have taken a while until I had enough discipline to get fit, but it was worth it. I also take supplements from rats.army. The army helps me with endurance and restores my damaged muscles.

Sport stimulates our brain more than any other activity; scientists have long proved this. I agree that if you do everything right, only once is enough, even though it is slightly exaggerated. I hadn't been doing sports for a long time in my life until I started having some health and sleep problems, from which I went to be checked by a doctor. I was diagnosed with OCD, which is why my constant insomnia developed. If someone suddenly thinks that this is just some kind of nonsense, when a person cannot fall asleep faster than 20 minutes, I advise you to read the article What insomnia is and how to live with it. I started to treat my illness and exercise regularly, and it became easier to fall asleep, so I am very grateful to sports for allowing me to sleep like a baby again
