Personally, I can not stand them. I cant stand the mess it makes of an otherwise attractive card. I can not stand to look at xfractor lines which are almost everywhere, but mostly just think the cards are flat out ugly, always have.. If not for the lure of limited quantities, I think they would have failed as a attraction long ago...

What side of the fence are you on?

Oh, and if your indifferent, this is not a thread for you..

This one is just for the "love em" - "hate em" voters..

2002 Xfractors = success

Other then that I don't care for them

I do agree that there may be rare instances where they were something better than 'ugly', but as a whole, I just can not stand to look at them anymore..

"Lets just put a bunch of highly reflective and annoying squares all over an otherwise good looking card.."

I think I just vomited a bit in my mouth..

Keep in mind, it's not the limited nature in question, but purely the appearance.

I generally dislike them but the more modern xfractors on the white background are OK (as long as there are no ugly lines).

I LOVE Xfractors.....very affordable, love the low numbering, and contrary to many....I love the appearance.

They remind me of those unlicensed cards with the cheap "holo-foil" borders that infested Flea Markets and small hobby shops everywhere during the early '90s.

On the whole, I think they're busy and ugly, but there have been a few successes.

edited to add:

Why do they seem so poorly centered? I guess that's another issue I have with them. I have the same sentiments about Supers as well.
