Day 5, as I posted earlier. Cravings for a chew are not near as bad as the previous 4 days. We're also having a pot luck day at work, so that's helping lol.

Congrats on getting closer to a full week Steve! Quitting is not easy, but keeping one day at a time mentality is certainly helpful.

So far so good. The battalion is getting fitted for new masks so they are all swinging by our station.

Also scored some OT for tomorrow night. Always a good thing.

Congrats Steve! I know you'll be able to kick the habit. I'm happy to see that the US team will be moving on to the knockout round. I had my alerts set up on my phone at work since I couldn't watch the game myself. I even had alerts set up for the Ghana-Portugal game. I was still checking my phone constantly though :lol:

Howdy all. Internet was garbage this morning. Couldn't connect, so I went in to work early. Some of the Halls w/Methaliptis (or w/e it's called) has worked. Just gotta keep my mouth shut and breathe through my nose and it's not bad. Hacked for a good 20 minutes straight a couple times yesterday. One of those times the ramen came up.

Couple JJ's in, but we're in the market for a new camera, so no vid for a bit. Since ours just isn't producing for our needs and w/a trip to Canada next May and then the Philippines in 2016, we need something powerful and spot on every time, which, our Olympus isn't. Also have picked up a nice Joe Carter or two, so, if anyone has anything quality that they're willing to part with, please keep me in mind

Went on a striper trip yesterday. The water still cold and fishing has not been too good. A few keepers and some blues. I also caught a sea bass and a cod which is few and far between this time of year in that area. Spent the night at the casino and donated my card money to the casino. Great day overall but it feels good to be home lounging today.
