Well it appears that it should not have been made. Didn't even know this set existed...

They are terrible, but that can mean they might have value somewhere down the road. Most people are probably throwing them away.
Well, it looks like you'll be scraping barnacles with this product. Have at it.I am seriously thinking about getting some. It's not really that I need them, just want something to break that's very very cheap.
There's actually some value in the short-printed base cards (#s 91-100); I've sold a few on Sportlots for close to what you'll pay for a whole box. Occasionally, player or team collectors buy some of the ugly-ass base singles from me on there. If you're really looking for a cheap rip that is slightly more rewarding, get a box of 2012 Triple Play. Still crap, but better looking, with more variety and more SPs.
2012 has these though!

Who wouldn't want cards like that in their collection?
2012 Triple Play is not on blowout, where would you get some from?
That is a good point. I bought some to see what it looks like so wish me luck. Something that confuses me is that there is 336 cards in a box. There is 24 packs and 7 cards a pack, which would equal 168 but somebody pointed out they may be dual sides which would equal 336.I think its a great set. Not something I would buy but I was happy to see they made something that a young kid could afford and enjoy. The cost of cards have gotten out of control and is one of the reasons why more kids are not involved.

They have their math very wrong. 336 is two boxes worth.
