Anyone having ebay issues?

I've tried to BIN something for 20 minutes. I get error messages and something about Paypal. Went to Paypal.com and info wasn't available. Thankfully nothing is going off tonight that I care about.

Half of my watch list just disappeared last night-I'm talking like 100 auctions were just deleted. Manual went and found the auctions and when I clicked it said auction is more than 90 days old or has been deleted. They definitely have some serious issues.
