It seems to me he is doing it to avoid listing fees... Doesn't ebay charge higher listing fees the higher you start your auction? Or was that changed in the last fees structure?
Don't see anyway that this product holds up against Museum Collection... You can get Museum 20% cheaper and the single small game used/bat cards don't even compare to the Museum hits.
I would imagine this is a hit to Bowman...

Nationals prospect Anthony Rendon has been diagnosed with a partial fracture in his left ankle.
Initial X-rays came back negative after Rendon injured the ankle while running the bases last weekend at High-A Potomac. But new tests...
Most of the online dealers don't actually have them. ESPN shop has/had them up too for $14.99, someone I know placed an order and they didn't have any. I would call before tying up your CC.
Went to the shop with the idea of busting a few 2011 Chrome boxes, was talked into 2 of these at $275 each.

Here was my post on BO... The idea that these are a huge risk is just wrong...
Rough numbers...
I have opened exactly 480 boxes for a total of $5960.
I have sold my codes for an average of $2.65 each, sold 685 and have 110 more to sell that will go for at least that. That is $2106
I have 450...
I have opened 350-400 of these. The last 200 or so that I have opened have netted me no better than a $20 card from Chrome.
I believe the initial wave of these were loaded with the hits. Out of the first 180 I opened I hit 18 Chrome Auto's. From the last 200 or so, I have hit 11 auto's...
Every card is from 2011 Bowman Sterling Baseball. Pictures are available on my ebay page. Prices listed include shipping, I can knock $1.50 off each additional item in a multi-item purchase to offset the shipping costs.
