1993 U.S. Playing Cards Aces Autograph - Cal Ripken, Greg Maddux, Fred McGriff, Terry Pendleton
That isn’t the pack-pulled card and was signed aftermarket. FS 1998 Donruss Red Crusade Greg Maddux BGS 9

Cal Ripken, Jr. collector's thread
