Ugh... I'm debating tossing my Thome 1999 Tek Gold I just bought up there just to see if this guy will bite on it. Only problem is that it took me over 10 years to track one down and I don't want to lose it now.
Dammit... and I was JUST finding it easier to track down Thome cards...
Ever notice how perfect games, as opposed to no-hitters, come from the most random people?
2 out of the last 5 perfect games - Philip Humber and Dallas Braden.
Out of the last 5 no-hitters, the "worst" name you can find is Homer Bailey, who of course pitched the last no-hitter of 2012 and...
I've been dying to find out the going rate for these cards for a while... I have a Kerry Wood (yeah yeah, out of the entire checklist I ended up with Kerry Wood) that I've been trying to dump but have no idea what to list it at. I know I could put it just starting at .99 on eBay and see where it...
Great card... I remember I loved 1999 Upper Deck... one of the last sets I collected by buying box after box. Best hit I had was a Derek Jeter View to a Thrill triple /100 (which I sold last year). I always wanted to find a Thome Exclusives... haven't seen one yet.

Agree 100%. Some of the people on this board who are lambasting the autograph hounds appear to have autographed cards they pulled out of a pack of cards of bought off of eBay right in their damn signatures. Heck, the have multiple copies of the same autographed card!! You know what I find...
Sorry - I'm not following... there were some people who lined up for Jeter's autograph in a parking lot. Some got some signatures some didn't?
I collect a lot of IP autographs. I admit I haven't actually got any at a game in quite some years and usually just pay for them at shows and local...
I'd be interested in any and all Jim Thome cards you may have pulled... my current 2000 Topps Tek Thome Total (how's that for alliteration?) sits at a whopping 0.
I would imagine that the ***** Leauger of which you speak and these other uber-difficult signers signed SOMETHING in their lifetimes that PSA can compare their sigs to whether they be contracts or something else.
I know it's a reach here but if anyone has a decent chunk of 1998 (or 1999) Jim Thome Teks, I'd be willing to work out a deal for them... I only have 1 1998 Tek so I pretty much need everything. I'm also still looking for my first defractor...
