These are the type of people that ruin ebay. NO WAY would I send this jerk the cards...only problem is that you're probably going to get a negative out of it, because HE IS CRAZY. without the peel with the peel
Typically it's the other way around. If you keep the peel on it will be harder to get a better grade usually. However for these 97's for value purposes it's better to leave the peel on. These typically grade at the 9 level and 10s are not that hard.- rarecardcollector

Yes for $4k of insurance via usps express overnight it will cost around $45, whereas registered will cost a lot less, but then you have no idea when you are going to get the package. Registered mail is NOT tracked. I do large deals all the time and registered is only worth using if you are unfamiliar with the buyer and you are mailing over $5k of value. It is locked and signed for whenever it is touched, but it will take anywhere from 4-14 days for the package to arrive...- rarecardcollector
