I found this in a sorted box I was getting ready for ebay. I believe I got it a large lot about two years ago, but I just now noticed the hand numbering. Is this a buyback of some sort? It doesn't seem to be stamped in any form. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. -

Odd eBay request?
I wouldn't do it specifically for the reasons you mentioned. I'd email the seller and state that while the request seems reasonable, you are uncomfortable doing so. Offer to put the number "21" or the phrase "bologna sandwich" somewhere on the mailer. That's a lot easier him to decipher than... -
