Your Thoughts On This Blank Back

So, i have this in my collection and i would like your thoughts. Is is a 1948 Bowman #11 Johnny Lindell.

In my mind there are 3 posibilities.

sliped into packs as a blank back
hand cut before backs were printed
proof

your thoughts??

It looks like it was removed from an album and the back came off then.It may just be the picture that gives that appearance though.

that is just the picture it is from my phone the marks you see seem to be water stains. these is no paper loss, the back is smooth

Interesting...I think it was probably just slipped into a pack who knows though.
