I got the top half in a pack and went back a week later and bought the pack with the bottom half.
I knew what pack it was in because if a card gets caught in the sealer the pack doesn't seal all the way. So I went back to the store to see if I could find a partially unsealed pack and found it!
So yes, I purposely bought an opened retail pack. lol
