Suppose no luck on getting the redemption...darn; would of loved to have seen it.

I sent in an expired redemption to them months ago, and got back a "we're sorry" letter from them.

Are you selling any of the base? I need a handful for the set.

Stinks about that redemption... may as well give it a try, anyway. If they say no, ask them what happened to the original, and what sort of replacement that was given out as.
