I'm guessing that card spent a good long while in a scrap book or art project. I'd still pay $50 for that card, if it's authentic.
Do you think PSA would grade it/encapsulate it as authentic?

If it were encapsulated by PSA as authentic you'd probably be right. The more I think about this cut-up card the more appealing it becomes.I would wager that it would go over $900
Reminds me of the story that Bob Costas has carried a 52 Mantle in his wallet for decades.. I bet to him it's priceless...
Actually I think Costas carries a 1958 All Star card of Mantle.
