I don't really like how BA grades solely on ceiling. JMO
They claim it's not just about ceiling but don't seem to practice what they preach.

That top 5 is rock solid. Though I'd put Alvarez at 5 and move the other 3 up a slot. Alvarez has a high ceiling but is still super raw, I'd give him a year before putting him ahead of a more well established De Leon.
