Welcome to Week 2!
Please have your games scored no later than 3pm Eastern on Monday, Jan 26th.
Week 1 must also be scored before Jan 26th as well. Otherwise, your opponent will get the win if they already scored their team.
-------
As mentioned last week, we are adding the "1st Place Lead" scoring category to compliment the "Games Back" category.
Here is an updated scoring template for you all to use:
Scoring Differential:
Strikeouts (1):
Complete Game (5):
2-3 Pitchers used (3):
HOF Pitcher Start (5):
HOF Pitcher Win (10):
Home Team (5):
Real Life Team Winning Streak (1):
Real Life Team Losing Streak (-1):
Real Life Team 1st Place Lead (1):
Real Life Team Games Back (-1):
Total Score =
NOTE: I have decided to grandfather this new category back to week 1 as well.
This is entirely optional, but if you choose to do this, you must be willing to check all of your games to see if it makes a difference in the outcome (whether it works in your favor or against you). This means that you must also check your opponent's score as well.
You may not report only those games that work in your favor.
Please post any new outcomes in this thread.
So, to summarize the options:
A. Do nothing, and carry on with Week 2 using the new category
B. Go through all of your Week 1 matchups and report all having a new winner.
Updated scores that do not change the outcome do not need to be reported.
I'll update the scoreboard and league standings regularly.
Any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
