Late on this one, but I figured out the 1/1 on the George Brett #13 /15. It's simple, yet brilliant.
The 13th letter in the alphabet is M.
The 15th letter in the alphabet is O.
Missouri's state abbreviation is MO.
George Brett played his entire career in Kansas City, Missouri.
