Just saw, on the scroll on MLB Network, that he died Sunday in a drowning. He was only 44

I meet him at a restaurant back in the day and then ran into him outside Wrigley field also. Sad to hear of this

Played against him in high school in El Paso then worked with him in the visiting clubhouse in Omaha when he pitched in Iowa, a class act and great guy, RIP Frank.

I remember Frank as a quiet, hard working pitcher. Never seemed to complain, just went out there and did his thing. Prayers to his family, a tragedy for his wife and two daughters.
