Does Bubba Starling sign TTM?

I have a Bowman Chrome and I don't know if he signs. If he does I will send it too him (It would look really nice with no facsimile).

If not then I will just sell it.

He sent me back mine in 7 days. I think he saw that my Topps USA card got smeared and he gave me a Bowman Chrome card with it.
