so i send request and scans of card. no answer.
so i call , they tell me card not made and i should not have got this and they will call me back in 1 to 2 hours , 4 days later and a bunch of left calls form me still no call back from them.

I talked with Tracy Hackler at the National about some lingering issues I have. He gave me an email address of someone that could help address the issues that was at a higher level of support. Sent email over a week ago without a response.
