HELP NEEDED! '96 PACIFIC MAIL IN GOLD CROWN FT?

Hey all,

I need some help identifying this set please.

It might not even be a set per se, they just came all together in a holder.

Bought in a big lot a while back but I can't find any info anywhere.

The pics may help but here's what little I know.

The design is the same as 1996 Pacific Crown Royale. They're called "Gridiron Gold Crowns". The copyright date is 1996 but that might be off the set year so it COULD be a 1995 or 1997 too. '95 was Martin's and Davis's rookie year so that tends to rule out 1995 as an option. They are over-sized about 3"x5". They came in a clear case with the shown paper in it as well as the cards. The pics are different than the base '96 design as far as I can tell.

I've looked EVERYWHERE I can think of with no success.

Any help would be appreciated!

As usual, you've been helpful.

While they're not the exact same ones as you listed, the eBay tag helped me find the right ones.

They're part of the "Pure Gold Crown" Jumbo set. COMC has them listed for $10-15 each and one guy has the set listed at $180 BIN so I think I'll try 1/2 of that number and see what happens...
