Hold or sell: 2005 BC Matt Kemp Gold Ref auto BGS 9.5

I own a gem copy of this card and I'm debating as to whether it's time to sell because while I like Kemp, I question his game to game consistency and whether he'll ever develop into a true superstar.
He has looked impressive in Spring Training but the spring is the spring.
Thoughts?

I own an ungraded version of this card and am considering offers. I think, with baseball season starting in just a few weeks, his Chromes will increase in value, so it probably is worth holding until then. I'd certainly recommend to shop it around, see what offers you get, and then sell if you get a nice one.

I was offered $375 the other day but I'm holding out for a bit better offer.
He plays for a large market team and from everything I've read, he seems focused again and in better shape than last year.
