How long do I wait?

So I bought into a break on eBay, for some Mets GQ, watched the break, saw a Patrick Mazeika auto get pulled, happy that I hit something for my money. The package came super quick, I was happy to tear into it, until I realized the breaker sent me the Yankee cards from the break, not the Mets. I sent a message yesterday with no answer, and sent another today, how long before I involve eBay?

Is eBay really going to care about a box break and its ‘rules’? I wonder if they’d just say you purchased something, were mailed and delivered something. Are breaks even really allowed on eBay? Seems like something I wouldn’t trust at all.

I would wait 3 days before I got ebay involved. File a claim as item not as described. The seller might be away for the weekend too.
