Does anyone know what the Stanley Cup Trophy item is?

I am left to assume that each team that wins it gets a replica trophy since it's my understanding that the real Stanley Cup gets engraved with the new winners and passes from team to team as each season ends.

Are there lots of replicas? I can't imagine Tampa Bay would give up their one and only replica to UD to be a redemption item.
