Is there any market for Ripped Ginter cards?

Just wondering what everyone thinks. Checking a few ebay auctions and some only go for a dollar while others can fetch upwards of $20. Recently won an auction for an Arod rip mini and the seller sent the rip card with it. 2006 Mantle 81/99

Player collectors bought all my ripped ones over the years. If you look through the 1st few pages of baseball transactions there is a member named garyg or something like that, he collects Mantle serial numbered and might be interested in it.
