Well, if you collect thousands of one card, and then keep three of the best and destroy the rest, is that considered instant scarcity?

Sometimes I think of the better cards I could have if I didn't focus on a single player so intently. I have a pretty decent selection of stars from the 50s to present, but not all of the goodies, yet I have 100s of certified autographs of Garvey! Why? Not sure other than that is what I focus my collecting efforts on. How many other things could I also own? Lots!
YupThat's a little bit different than having 1,000 copies of a 1987 topps base card.
