Pujols Error?

Hello, i just joined and have a question i have not been able to figure out. I pulled this card a while back and have never been sure if it was an uncorrected error or not. Thanks for looking.

Maybe it is a triple error card.

I find it strange that it isn't a Pujols card (front pic and all of back) but has Albert's name and team on the front. You can see from the back its misscut a little but the front is strange.

Here's my opinion:

What happened there was the sheet of uncut cards somehow got thrown out of whack and it was cut improperly, then the silver stamps were thrown down on the cards, resulting in the wrong position.

So basically, instead of the Pujols card, the sheet was slid over and most of Charles Johnson slipped in under the stamp.
