Question about Bryce Harper MVP Prizm

Some of these are listed regularly....others have something about fathers day in the title and a stated PR of /25 from some panini packs.

Is there any difference between the two cards? If there is a supposed father day /25 version, how can you tell the difference?

I would check with Panini as they did a checklist for the set. The first link looks like a base and second a refractor. Panini disclosed some general print runs but I think the majority are not serial numbered
