Shipping Question: Need Some Quick Help

Hello all,
I have a quick two part question.
First, how much does it cost to ship a normal sized bobblehead
Second, how would be the best way to ship it (service, packaging, box, etc.)

Usually when I see them for sale I end up paying around $10 shipping and they are packed in the bobble head box and then a flat mail shipper. So it cost the seller around $7 all said and done.
