OC cards do not warrant a replacement.
Packing damage like crimp marks, yes.
Something that makes a card a 9 instead of a 9.5, NO!

Thanks for the help but its just kinda frustrating a would be 9.5 gets brought down to a card not worth grading cuz of centering. Those two would be 8.5's no way a chance at a 9

That's why there is a premium for graded cards though.
If everything came out like a 9.5, there would be no need for grading cards.
Some come out great, some don't.
